The statuses of water rights files in the database vary as follows:
* Abstract Completed & Digitized - water rights files fully abstracted, quality controlled
and digitized and continue to have incoming information added;
* Abstract In-Progress - water rights files in process of being abstracted, quality
controlled and digitized;
* Abstract Incomplete - water rights file abstracts not completed.
In-Progress & Incomplete information should not be relied on as accurate or complete.
