The Water Use and Conservation Bureau of the
Technical Division reviews proposals for subdivisions received from
New Mexico counties to provide an opinion whether the subdivider can
provide an adequate supply of water to the development. The proposal
is reviewed to determine if it conforms with the county's water
supply regulations and the provisions of the New Mexico Subdivision
Act. Staff bases its opinion by analyzing area hydrology,
geo-hydrology and water rights information and concludes whether
long-term water availability requirements can be met.
Note: Enter Subdivision as a proper name with the first letter of
each word capitalized. If you do not know the entire name, enter the
first part, and a list will be displayed with all subdivisions
starting with those characters. You can also use "*" in front of the
string as a wild card.
